About this deal

On the one hand, cross-stitching is a relaxing and rewarding hobby that involves creating intricate designs by stitching small X-shaped stitches onto a piece of fabric. While it can be a time-consuming activity, the end result is a beautiful and unique piece of art that can be framed or used in a variety of ways. The Pokémon will be instantly recognizable to fans of the phenomenally popular Japanese game and TV series. In all their colourful and wonderful shapes, these designs are as true to the craft of cross stitch as they are to the Pokémon universe and are fun to stitch with the minimum of tools and materials. My favorite thing to cross stitch is Pokemon and for good reason. Not only is it one of the best-loved franchises out there, but there’s so much to choose to stitch, and so many in-jokes!

Lastly, we have a few updates from people still stitching the pattern. First off we have Leona Walker who has managed to complete the whole thing in only 6 years! Kudos on how awesome this looks! We can’t wait for the first-ever finish! These were made as a request over on the SpriteStitch forums, and are pride of place on my xmas tree every year! If you’re on a PC, you can do the same in MS Paint by opening the file and selecting ‘Save As’. Again, you need to choose ‘JPG’ from the drop-down. So why combine these two hobbies? Well, combining these two passions by creating Pokemon cross-stitch patterns is a fun and creative way to express your love for the franchise while also honing your stitching skills. Whether you’re a seasoned cross-stitcher or just starting out, there’s sure to be a pattern that will catch your eye in the list that we are about to present. How cute is this!?! All credit to HardcodeEskimoKisses who created the pattern, although the above is stitched by StitchPlease. I especially love balloon Pika’s expression.

The best like no one ever was! One day I will get this tattooed on me. You know… somewhere I can hide it so no one over the age of 30 can see it… 😛 You can also pay for templates from various Etsy stores, but I’m a much bigger fan of investing about 15 minutes to save myself some Dolla Dolla bill y’all. There’s only one way to be a pokemon master and that’s to collect all the badges. The above set are scaled correctly to the first season, using red/blue sprites.

You could also use these opportunities to trim any excess white space off the image – this will make your pattern easier in the long run. Saving online Porygon image as a PNG (source: aimecx.com) 3. Upload to My Photo Cross Stitch I love Pokémon, nowhere near as much as I love Digimon but that might well be another post. My boyfriend Alex also loves Pokémon, probably more than I do and probably more than the non-nerd society thinks a 28-year old man should. I was expecting to come in here today with a big list of Pokemon cross-stitch patterns, but instead, I’m just going to give you a couple of places to explore. The circumstances of one’s birth are irrelevant. It is what you do with the gift of life that determines who you are.”– Mewtwo
