Fu Shing Liu, 83, of Gastonia, NC, passed away peacefully near his home on May 7, 2013. He was born on June 26, 1930 and lived in Gastonia, NC, for 34 years. Fu Shing was skilled and successful restaurateur, operating the landmark Hong Kong Lobsteer Inn Chinese and American fine dining restaurant in Gastonia in the mid-eighties and late nineties.
