A report in the Sun, however, stated that he would be leaving the programme after 10 years. Between the years 1989 and 1992, author David studied at the Bristol University. During that time, he used to reside at the Manor Hall and later graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama in the year 1992. It was during the university holidays in the year 1990 that David met with his future comedy partner named Matt Lucas while performing at the National Youth Theater. Born in Wimbledon, London, in the year 1971 David Walliams first gained popularity as a comedian, writer, and television personality. However, after having established himself as a television writer, Walliams then emerged most popular as a bestselling English children’s author. Since he first started writing books in 2008, he has sold over 35 million books worldwide, and his work has been translated into 53 languages.
