I was really looking forward to trying these bars as I had heard great things about them and this particular flavour sounded delicious. I eat quite a lot of protein bars and am always on the look out for new ones to provide a bit of variety so had high hopes for these. If you're looking for an easy dessert bar recipe, look no further! Like most brownie recipes, these raspberry and white chocolate blondies can be whipped up with just a bowl and a whisk! Here's what you'll need: granulated sugar & brown sugar - adds the right balance of sweetness to these raspberry and white chocolate blondies! I was recently inspired by a bake I saw on The Great British Bake Off. They were making something raspberry ripple flavoured. And I thought a Raspberry Ripple Cake done in a Milk Bar style? I’m so there!

This is a very simple recipe with only 5 very basic ingredients.
