The body of G and G2 look very alike, both featuring understated style plus small form factor. They both utilize uneven aluminium alloy on four sides to ensure the device is slip resistant. That also makes them feel nicer in hand. Airflow Now perhaps the biggest difference is the pods.The G2 featured replaceable coils which is less wasteful and also had that little airflow wheel which I thought I would miss, but if I’m honest I ended up finding it a nuisance as you had to remove the pod and guess, repeat until you find the right airflow.I’m torn about the new pod not having replaceable coils, the advantages werefull visibility, easier to fill and the leak-resistance proved to be much better. The hardware aside, it’s the pod and coils that make the GZ2 complete.I have covered this pod in the G2 review and I think it is Uwell’s finest pod to date, the attention to detail really feels like it has been designed by a true vaper with fussy needs. My time with the A3 has been smooth sailing all around. I’ve had small droplets of ejuice under the pod, but nothing major and more comparable to condensation than anything else. I’ve also been using a single pod for my entire time with the A3 and I’ve refilled it at least ten times (20ml+). When Was Caliburn G Released?

The Type-C charging port is located on the bottom of the A3, so you have to lay it down to charge. While charging, the LED will pulse and glow red, then blue, then green. Once fully charged the LED will be solid green and you can remove the A3 from the charger.

Auto firing has also been reported for users who have consistently used the draw-activation feature with the intake holes covered. Who Makes Caliburn Vape?

The Caliburn A3 uses new, 1.0Ω Caliburn A3 pods and you get two of these in the box. These pods are a bit thinner than the pods for the A2 and due to the rounding at the base, they are not compatible with other Caliburn devices. The A3 is also not compatible with any of the pods from previous Caliburn devices.
