Description

Every 1 to 2 years empty the coolant out of the system and pour through a paper coffee filter to remove any debris. Flush the system through with ultra-Pure H20 and empty out. Re-add Mayhems XTR Premixed topping up with extra Mayhems XTR if needs be. The system must be fully cleaned using the Mayhems blitz cleaning system. There must be no other coolants left in the system.

The formulation can be adjusted in house to accumulated sub-zero cooling and various other forms of cooling and is scalable beyond anything we have done in the past. Mayhems Blitz Complete delivers both the incredible cleaning performance of Blitz Radiator, followed by the unmatched full loop cleaning potential of Blitz System in one kit for the ultimate custom loop preparation. XSPC ECX: 0.1-0.3 % "Antirust Additive", 50-80% Propylene Glycol, 0.01-0.1 % "Bactericide" - **Tier 2 for being unspecific I think to say that there is no biocide or inhibitor in the XTR is a bit of a strange statement since you then say that the zinc oxide is in fact the biocide and part inhibitor. Your post mentions "living biocides" which I am going to assume you mean organic biocide (i.e. based on carbon compounds) and that you mean that since zinc oxide is your biocide, this is an inorganic biocide. As biocides naturally are designed to terminate the living, "living biocides" is a bit of an oxymoron. Now whether Zinc oxide which is an insoluble compound (I assume this is also the main component that gives the XTR an opaque look) I guess one will see how that plays out for the effectiveness as an active component of the coolant. Lastly, whether zinc oxide is a good corrosion inhibitor I also suppose we will see, but this sounds somewhat similar to the sacrificial zinc coating on thermaltake radiators that had a certain reputation.

Mayhems Inhibitor + works with the dirtiest of radiators, however they can reduce its life span. You can top up Mayhems Inhibitor + and not worry about how much you use in a system. Be warned though the dirtier your radiator the more detritus it will suspend in your system, so as per the norm it’s best to clean your radiators and system using the Mayhems Blitz Complete kit before use. X1 Eco also contains advanced metal corrosion inhibitors specially formulated to protect your water cooling equipment from corrosion and scale build up, prolonging your equipment life and thermal cooling efficiency. The primochill tubing (clouding issue) we found the issue to be capillary action of the tubing, Primochill sell a similar based product (coolant) they say works how ever under heavy testing we found the same issue with there own coolant. So again draw your own conclusions from this.

Mayhems XTR is fully made in the UK using some of the most advance techniques and industrial processes ever seen to create such a product and is truly unique. The mean Nano size at mass-scale production level is 4nm (nanometre) making it one the smallest mass-produced coolants ever created and is a truly ground-breaking product. If you use our support @ www.mayhems.net we will replace any fluids and request samples of tubing and fluids which we cover all the costs for (if you have an issue, use our direct support so we can help you to help others and catalogue any issues found and any fixes). The Mayhems Blitz range was designed, developed, and tested using Mayhems Ultra Pure H2O, as a result, we advise using our H2O for the diluting and flushing stages.

We have fully tested Acrylic, Primochill, our flexible and XSPC tubing up to 60c with clean rads. We found no issue with XT-1, we have sold in excess of 10,000 Ltrs of this fluid over 5 years. In that time have received a total of 6 products sent to us and in each and every case found the Rad to be the issue. The the cloudy coating on tubing contained flux, due none cleaning (or not good enough cleaning) of the rads. The spectral analysis of the white powdery residue was tested though an external agency so that we could clarify the issues found, you can draw your own conclusions on this. Due to the issues found we ended up creating the " Mayhems Blitz Cleaning" system to solve Rad cleaning issues. If you spill Mayhems XTR clean it up immediately with a damp cloth and then dry surrounding area with dry cloth. Never leave the fluid to dry out in a system. There is no biocide or inhibitor in XTR, unlike any other coolants out there, XTR is nothing like what is on the market at the moment, The main ingredient Zn0 is a natural biocide and also part inhibitor. There are surfactant's that are not listed and various other Nanoparticles that are not listed due to commercial sensitivity. Once the patents are cleared then they will be published but not until then.
