We are aware and grateful you invested in one of our premium 600D Oxford fabric waterproof covers, which is designed to protect the grill from most weather conditions. However, this solely well not protect your grill on its own. First of all, when you turn on your grill, the hood will make it reach cooking temperatures much faster. It also allows you to not only grill cook, but also bake or roast it. Regarding the issue with the lid not closing correctly on uneven ground, we highly recommend placing the BBQ on flat ground for the best performance, if any further issues with alignment occur do get in touch so we can look into this and provide a suitable solution.

We're truly sorry to hear about the issue you encountered with your BBQ. This is certainly not the experience we expect our valued customers to have with our products. First, let’s take a look at the size and weight. This BBQ measures 124 x 66 x 113 cm and it weighs 24 kg. It’s large enough to cook a lot of food – easily enough for a party of 10 – but it’s not impossible to store. We don’t have a lot of storage space at home, and still managed to find somewhere to keep it, no problem.
