The game features a total of 96 different dishes. Most of them being official dishes while others are dishes made by mixing recipes in the Combine feature. Having had this game recommended by a friend, and I am delighted I bought it. The game is very good as in the use of the stylus and microphone to perform a number of tasks. You are simply not just hitting the DS time and time again, you have to actually have good eye and hand coordination if you want to be successful. I have to say though that for a 3 year old, it does take a little while to get used to, and as in the case of my daughter, she did need some support. The game does itself tell you that it is designed for 3 years plus, albeit I have found in the past some games being easier to master than this one. This game is most definitely for 3 years olds or more.
