This Triple Mash has a lovely velvety texture with prominent and pleasant notes of vanilla, honey, oak, subtle rye spice, and freshly baked banana bread coating our tongue. Since it has a lot of robust flavors of bananas, slightly weird artificial banana flavors pop up at moments. This J. Daniel’s Triple Mash Blended whiskey gives a satisfying finish. It’s long-lasting, with the spice of rye getting bolder, combined with the baking spice and caramel hints. Of special note: Be aware that both bottles are 700ml instead of the standard 750ml, which was recently approved as an option in the U.S. First sip delivers orange peel notes, followed by rich oak, vanilla, fruit notes (cherry and apple)

At 100-proof, it has a slight hint of oak barrel char with malt blend pops and a faint artificial banana flavor at the end of the sip.
