Aromatherapy is the use of organic essences of aromatic plants for healing and the maintenance of vitality. The essences, or “essential oils” as they are known, are extracted from a wide variety of plants and are very concentrated. Each oil has its own unique healing properties and fragrance.
There are several ways of using the oils, all of them very pleasant: massage, bathing, compress, inhalation (never use them orally).
