Running Memory Stress Test in Intel Extreme Tuning Utility BSOD if I run for more than 30 min even if XMP is disabled in bios. I tried what you described above, but unfortunately it did not help, my system just rebooted after testing with prime95, but there was no BSOD screen. Helios EVO (Main Desktop) Intel Core™ i9-10900KF | 32GB DDR4-3000 | GIGABYTE Z590 AORUS ELITE | GeForce RTX 3060 Ti | NZXT H510 | EVGA G5 650W I specifically want the samsung b-die version (the Vengeance cost ~170€ while others ram modules like G skill Flare X or other modules with samsung b-die chip usually costs 200€+).

I did try to set the mem speed to 2666Mhz since that is the official limit for Coffee Lake CPU's but it crashed there as well. VCORE SOC Voltage set to v1.028 - Could not set to v1.025 as suggested as it seems my BIOS only has .022 and .028 options :( It may be that the CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 (Optimized for Intel) is using the less expensive and worse hynix chips (they have problems with AM4 but works good with Intel) while Tried entering the memory timings by using the Ryzen DRAM calculator (every which way that I found on the www) Maximum bandwidth and tight response times: Optimized for peak performance on the latest Intel and AMD DDR4 motherboardsCPU: Ryzen 5 5600x Board: Asus PRIME X570-P Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2x8) DDR4-3000 Case: Fractal Design Define S Ryzen 7 3700X Gigabyte X570 UD (bios F20b now) 2x8gb ddr4 Patriot Viper [xmp 2.0] (2133/3200) 16 18 18 36 and 64 < for XMP 3200Mhz. Did you sell your your old cpu or it was accepted as faulty by amd and replaced?

This was stable up until this morning, despite several days of it working fine and 600% scope in MEMBench from DRAM Calculator 1.7.3 returning no errors! Any recommendations on how to better test the RAM? As errors never show up on Membench, but manifest in random occasional BSOD's. Issue is that I can not get my system to run stable when I enable the XMP in BIOS. System runs great at 2133 but as soon as I enable XMP to get the 3200 speed I get random BSOD, sometimes when powering down or when watching YT. MemTest86 shows well over 200 errors after only 2 minutes! im at 1.4v now at 3600mhz...u think if i rais the voltage i could get tighter timings? ive just been using the memory try it feature on my msi board.

This was me and I wanted to share my experience too, since the problem seems to more widespread than just me. If you're building a Ryzen machine, it might be a better idea to get CMK16GX4M2Z3200C16. I'd recommend just getting a 2x8 kit and running it in Dual Channel mode. Latest BIOS Update from GB 10c did not resolve the issue with the XMP profile and BSOD if the timings are not entered manually. Hi, I ran into the same BSOD issue on 2x16GB CMW32GX4M2C3200C16 on my ryzen 9 3900x gigabyte X570 AORUS ELITE system with AGESA 1.0.0.3 ABB, BIOS F4 and windows 10 update 1903.Intel 100 Series,Intel 200 Series,Intel 300 Series,Intel 400 Series,Intel 500 Series,Intel 600 Series,Intel X299,AMD 300 Series,AMD 400 Series,AMD 500 GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 SSD: HP EX950 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME HDD: Seagate Barracuda 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM The CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 seems to be optimized for Intel boards. It runs at a slightly higher voltage than the CMK16GX4M2Z3200C16 and supports XMP 2.0. The CMK16GX4M2Z3200C16 appears to be optimized for Ryzen. Furthermore I had to reduce the system memory multiplier. With me the system runs stable, if I set the multiplier from 32.00 to 31.33. After this second RMA, I decided to further try out manual timings for the RAM kit. I had tried this earlier - and followed the ryzen dram calculator settings to the letter - but those also gave me errors. This time, I decided to just set the first five values in BIOS to the exact same as XMP would: 16-18-18-18-36. I noticed that my board would set the sixth value to 75, while XMP sets this to 54. So I tried dialing it down and ended up with 55 and 56 and everything ran fin without errors at 56.
