Their relationship is pretty toxic but I don’t hate it for this couple with everything that they have been through. I did however at times find Sawyer to be a bit pretentious, her personality kept switching in the first 250 pages, which kinda annoyed me. Actions that land them in the middle of the ocean where a storm creeps up on them putting their lives in danger. A terrible problem to have, and one I shouldn’t inflict on myself, but then a wave of euphoria washes over me, and I suppose it’s not so bad.
