A blend of 50 different crus, Grand Brut expresses the quality and diversity of the Perrier Jouët winemaking tradition. A smooth, rich and complex rum created from scratch by our master distiller, our XO is aged in bourbon barrels and selectively finished in white oak sherry casks to achieve a beautifully balanced, endlessly sippable rum. The XO is matured for up to eighteen years in bourbon barrels then finished in casks seasoned with Spanish Andalusian sherry, ensuring an impressively smooth and balanced body. Made using spices native to the Caribbean along with sugar cane from the islands as well as South America, this is extremely drinkable on its own, with or without ice.
