I found an excellent 3d model of the Falcon by Andy Crook (which would serve as a guide for the 3d printed pieces) and started sizing things out in Rhino. The racist Sons of the Serpent renamed themselves as the Sons of the Shield to use Captain America's imagery for their own. The top dics needed some cuts made for greeblies and the deflector dish so I made those with the jigsaw.

The last thing to complete before attaching the top disc was filling in those 3 greeblie holes I cut earlier.So when I decided to do a Blue Falcon costume my first inclination was to make him as if he had co-stared on an episode of the 1966 Batman series with Adam West.
