You can find specific categories by highlighting on the ‘Shop’ Tab at the top of the page. If you cannot find a particular category, please contact us, and we will be glad to help.

Searching for Products 
To search for a particular product, simply type in the name of the product or Brand which you are looking for into the “search products…” box at the top of this page and click the green ‘SEARCH’ tab   beside it to activate the search.

Methods of Ordering 
www.vitaminsontheweb.co.uk gives you 3 easy options to place an order. You may do one of the following;
1. Order Online.
2. Order by Phone. on 01922 745245.  We welcome telephone orders.  However, as detailed in the “About Us” section of the website, we are a small independent shop, so please bear with us.  If we are busy we will take your details and call you back as soon as possible.  We can easily and quickly process card payments in the shop and send orders as quickly as we send the online ones. 
3. Visit our store. With 3 hour free parking in the Aldridge Shopping Centre, come and see all our products as we cannot put them all online.

Methods of Payment 
We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Electron cards and PAYPAL. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express.

Money Back Guarantee 
We are proud of the quality of our goods and as such, if you find that your goods arrive with you in an unsatisfactory condition, return the unopened goods to the following address and we will process a full refund for the returned part providing they arrive in resalable condition.

Our products are manufactured under the most stringent conditions which allows us to guarantee every product that we sell.  This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

How do I Return a Product? 
Returning Supplements
We are proud of the quality of our goods and as such, if you find that your goods arrive with you in an unsatisfactory condition, return the unopened goods to the following address and we will process a full refund for the returned part:

We will not be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging to return items. We recommend using a Recorded Delivery Service for returns as we cannot be responsible for items which never make it back to our warehouse.

Lost Parcels 
For any lost goods please contact us at 01922 745245.

Note: Lost parcels must be reported within 14 days of placing your order, we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.

Create an Account
Users who create an account with us, will be able to store all of their billing and shipping information with us, thus preventing having to enter it every time. To create an account, simply complete your first order and will be able to register during the checkout process.

Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password, simply click “My Account” button at the top right of the page and enter your email address and then choose “Forgot your Password”. We will then email you your password.

Edit Account Information
If you wish to change any of the details you have registered with us, simply click on the “My Account” button located at the top right of the page. Enter your email address and password and click “Login”.

You will be able to update your Billing details and update your Shipping details from this screen by clicking on the “Update Billing Address” or “Update Shipping Address” button.

If you are already logged in, the process is exactly the same but you will have to click on the “My Account” button at the top right of the page.
