The master harvesters at el Jimador give their all to harvest the Weber blue agave and make this tequila from it. El Jimador Reposado is naturally fermented and double distilled from 100% hand-harvested Weber blue agave. Made with 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the sunny fields of Amatitán, Jalisco with zero additives or colourings, El Jimador is an all-natural tequila made according to decades of heritage and expertise. Finish Just a hint of fruit sweetness on the tail, and distinct red bell pepper notes from the agave. Made from 100% blue weber agave, El Jimador Blanco tequila is crisp and fresh with tantalising citrus flavours and a well-balanced, herbaceous, spicy finish. It may not be reproduced in any way whatsoever without the prior consent of Waitrose Limited nor without due acknowledgement.Palate Sweet vanilla and caramel, woody, with hints of cedar, earth, soft spices, cassia and vegetal agave. Made from 100% Blue Agave this sparklingly clear tequila is double-distilled to remove impurities and immediately bottles to preserve it's crisp authentic character. el Jimador Anejo - A tequila which is deep amber in appearance, aromas of intense cooked agave and toasted oak, while the palate is smooth, woody and soaked with vanilla and brown spice flavours.

It takes years of training to become a jimador, learning to judge the ripeness of the agave and cut the plant with razor sharp tools known as “coa”.
