Lifeplan Time Release Vitamin C tablets provide 1000mg of Vitamin C and are especially formulated to provide a gradual release in the body over a 2-6 hour period.

Vitamin C is an antioxidant which can protect the body from free radical damage. It is important in eye, connective tissue, blood vessel, collagen and skin health. Vitamin C is also commonly taken to maintain a healthy immune system and increase the uptake of iron from the diet.
