Lifeplan Lutein is a often used to maintain good all round eye health, as well as a preventative against macular degeneration. It is a particularly strong Lutein, providing 15mg in each one a day capsule.

Lutein is a carotenoid derived from the plant pigment xanthphyll, which has antioxidant properties. Lutein is found naturally in the eye and is required for normal vision and macular pigmentation.

Lifeplan Lutein contains a special type of Lutein called Xangold which can be easily absorbed into the body.
