Overview

By clearing and strengthening the ear, nose and throat tract, Plantago helps resolve and protect against ear infections. Plantago also has the ability to reduce mucus and inflammation, making it useful for catarrh and sinusitis.

Plantago can also be a great help with recurrent ear infections, which are very common in children under six years of age.

Nutritional Information

Take 15 drops two to three times daily, in a little water. Children (2-12 years) - one drop per year of age two to three times a day, in a little water. Not recommended for children under 2.
